Desafinado

Desafinado is a bench designed as a study in balance and restraint. The form follows Scandinavian clarity, with straight lines and simple geometry, combined with the weight and directness of Brazilian brutalist modernism. Low proportions invite a relaxed posture, and the split between seat and back creates visual tension. A deliberate overhang balances the seat and the back in opposite directions. The bench is made almost entirely of European oak with a black stain, and a thin hand-stitched cushion in Brazilian saddle leather completes the seat.

Flou

Flou is a console table made of cast resin. Each console is composed of three to four resin slabs that form the legs, the top and the tie members. The slabs are cast in custom molds, then routed, grooved and assembled with simple joinery for stability. Factory remnants are preserved inside the resin, and tinted variations are also produced. The translucent material shifts between clear and hazy as light and shadow change. The minimal form measures 1600 mm in width, 400 mm in depth and 750 mm in height.

Sarv is a counter chair designed for use at counters and high tables. The frame is made of solid wood, and the seat is upholstered in fabric over high-density foam. The form is inspired by the Persian cypress tree, a symbol of resilience in Iranian culture. The elongated legs recall the vertical growth of the tree, and the curved armrests echo its branches. Production combines precision cutting, steam bending, CNC milling and hand finishing. The chair measures about 100 cm in height, 50 cm in width and 55 cm in depth.

Khoy is a sofa bed designed for homes with limited space. Khoy converts from a sofa into a full bed using a tested dual foam mattress. In sofa mode, the seating surface is a 150 mm medium firm support foam layer. In bed mode, a 40 mm memory foam layer forms a softer sleeping surface that adapts to the body. The modular backrest can be moved, removed or used as armrests, and each change of mode needs no tools. The covers are made of recycled polyester and are removable and machine washable. The foam parts are vacuum compressed for flat pack shipping.

Chifuyu is a low center table designed for living rooms. The form was inspired by an image of two pieces of leather suspended in mid air. The table measures 950 millimetres in width, 950 millimetres in depth and 280 millimetres in height. The light and suspended appearance is intended to add an extraordinary note to everyday interiors.

Bam Klein is a sofa inspired by the topological form of the Klein bottle. Ryo is an armchair shaped as a single continuous form. The undulations run from the seat to the back and create an uninterrupted loop. The design started from the question of whether a common piece of furniture could take a freer form. The complex three-dimensional surface was difficult to produce and was achieved by using stretch fabric. The armchair measures 725 millimetres in width, 730 millimetres in depth and 800 millimetres in height. The curved shell envelops the person who sits on it and adds a sculptural element to the space.
