Hair of Umay Rug

Hair of Umay

Made in ancient nomadic technique, protected by UNESCO’s List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Need of Urgent Safekeeping, this rug is bringing the best out of wool due to gradient wool shades and fine hand stitching that creates volumetric texture. 100 percent hand made, this rug is made using natural shades of wool plus yellowish tone dyed with onion shell. A golden thread that goes through the rug makes a statement and reminds of the hair freely flowing in the wind - hair of nomadic goddess Umay - protector of women and children.

Magic Blocks Coffee Table

Magic Blocks

Magic Blocks is a set of three coffee tables made of stainless steel. The rods are joined by hand with tungsten inert gas welding and finished with a powder coating. The painted surfaces are offered in different colors and are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The three tables have different heights, so the pieces can overlap or be used on their own. Different combinations create effects of perspective and color overlap within a room. When not in use, the tables can be seen as art objects at home. The forms are strictly horizontal and vertical, and the shapes remain basic and unadorned.

Children can explore the textures and weight of construction materials such as wood, concrete and clear panels.

Wave Table

Wave

Wave is a coffee table made of ash wood. It combines opposites in many ways. The shape of the table resembles the stairs of the pyramids and the form of waves. So, it displays man-made and natural forms at the same time. The softness of the wave counterparts the angularity of the structure. Beside being a static object, it also gives the impression of dynamic motion by the fan-like rotation of the parts. Wave provides a new visual sight from every angle. By this it symbolizes the variety of nature. Wave does not contain any fittings or stiffeners. It holds itself.
