Classic New Chinese Style

Classic

Classic is a writing desk designed in a new Chinese style. The design adapts the raised end table form of traditional Chinese furniture, where the two raised ends reduce the chance of scrolls and other items falling from the surface. The desk is made of red oak, while cast iron forms the connections between the tabletop, the seat and the legs. A lower shelf adds storage space. The metal parts are shaped by computer controlled machining, and the curved sections are finished by hand. The desk top uses a traditional Chinese panel splicing method.

Cow Horn New Chinese Style

Cow Horn

Cow Horn is a chair and table set inspired by ancient Chinese architecture. The chair back is separated from the armrests, and the lines are dense and orderly. The table follows the mortise and tenon structure of an ancient attic, and the middle shelf is arranged from logs to hold objects. Black walnut is used throughout, finished with wood wax oil to keep the natural color of the wood. The metal connections are aluminum alloy with a copper coating.
