Laguna
Laguna is a low lounge armchair. The frame is firm and the seat is deep and enveloping. Laguna combines several materials in one piece, including hardwood, metal, upholstery fabric and natural cane. The mix of materials allows many finish combinations, so the armchair can suit different interior styles. The black wood frame and the rounded caned back refer to Brazilian midcentury furniture. The armrests are set high to support the arms in an open and relaxed sitting position. Laguna is produced in Brazil.
Laguna Armchair by Aciole Felix has been selected as an innovative illustration of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Laguna Armchair was awarded the Golden A' Design Award in Furniture Design in 2023. The A' Furniture Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design prize that rewards exceptional design of chairs, tables, sofas, beds, cabinets, shelves, desks, wardrobes and more.
